Using this website
You may use this website to browse our collections, contact the atelier and place orders for your personal use. You agree not to misuse the website — including attempting to access it without authorisation, interfering with its operation, copying its content at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Products, sizes & availability
- Our pieces are crafted by the atelier and are generally made to order. Delivery times are confirmed by the atelier after your order.
- Sizes are shown in EU sizing (dresses 36–48, suits and trousers 46–58, shirts S–XXL). If you are unsure of your size, contact us before ordering.
- Bridal pieces are available by appointment and enquiry only, and cannot be purchased online.
- Some pieces, such as Men Urbain looks, can be ordered piece by piece; an add-on piece (for example a shirt offered with a suit) is only sold together with its main piece.
Prices & payment
- Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). The price that applies is the one confirmed at checkout, calculated by our systems — not any price altered in a browser.
- Payment is made by card (Visa and Mastercard) through our payment provider, Cybersource (a Visa company), provided through Areeba. Card details are entered in the provider's secure form and are never stored by the Maison. Your card issuer may ask you to confirm the payment (3-D Secure).
- Prices and availability of online ordering may differ by region. Online ordering may not be available in some countries.
Orders & acceptance
When you place an order you receive an order number and a confirmation. The contract between you and the Maison is formed once your payment has been authorised and your order is confirmed. We may decline or cancel an order — and refund any amount paid in full — if a piece cannot be made, if there was an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
Delivery, duties & taxes
- Orders are shipped worldwide with DHL to the address you provide.
- Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are confirmed to you before your order is dispatched.
- Import duties and taxes, where applicable, are payable by the customer to the carrier on delivery and are not included in our prices.
- Delivery dates are estimates. Responsibility for the parcel passes to you on delivery.
Cancellations & returns
Each piece is crafted to order for you. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled once placed, and pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check your size carefully, and contact us before ordering if you have any question.
This does not affect any rights you have by law. If a piece arrives damaged or is not the piece you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery, with photos, and we will make it right.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including designs, photographs, videos, music, texts, logos, the Maison Elio Moussallem name and monogram, and the site's layout — belongs to the Maison or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view it for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use it commercially without our prior written permission.
Accuracy of information
We take care that product descriptions, photographs and prices are accurate. Colours and textures may appear differently depending on your screen, and handmade pieces may vary slightly. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you before proceeding.
Third-party links
This website links to services operated by others, such as WhatsApp and Instagram. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices; their own terms apply when you use them.
Your feedback & submissions
If you send us comments, ideas or images (for example through WhatsApp or social media), you allow the Maison to use them to improve our services. We will not publish your name or image without your consent.
Liability
We provide this website with reasonable care but cannot guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, the Maison is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Minors
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of Beirut, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
